The Earth Dragon is more thoughtful amongst the Dragons. He can appreciate other people's opinions despite disagreeing with them.  He has the reputation of being rational in dealing with problems.  His management is also less autocratic.  He is very patient and at the same time desires respect.  He is more diplomatic contrast to other Dragons - he values the significance of teamwork.  He is determined with plans carefully thought and prepared.

They are considered as the most strong-minded Dragon.  His notable traits are being inflexible, adamant and argumentative.  He gives little considerations to the other people's thoughts.  He can have a faster promotion due to his mercilessness but most of the time at the expense of significant relationships.  People around him will have a hard time to convince him that some things are basically unattainable to the point that he will go alone with a plan if fails to get support.  He usually succeeds due to his refusal to accept defeat.

He is less egotistic and prejudiced compared to other Dragons.  Water Dragons are more reserved and does not desire much power and control.  He can sincerely admit failures without reproach.  He is the best negotiator and has good skills in making demands to the people around him.  He has a propensity to be so much optimistic and sometimes needs to discover and realize what is not possible to be able to focus on other more rewarding accomplishments.
